Privacy Policy

• Booking form (name, email, service selection, optional repo URL and message): delivered to us as email via Resend, our email provider. We don't store submissions in a database; the email is the record.
• Rate limiting: we process your IP address to limit rapid form submissions; when our rate-limiting provider (Upstash) is active, request counts keyed by IP transit its infrastructure briefly. Nothing else about you is attached.
• Scheduling (Calendly): the calendar on the booking page is a Calendly frame; what you enter there goes to Calendly under their privacy policy. Bookings flow into our internal client-management records (hosted on Supabase), where we keep the name, email, booking details, and that the booking came from this site. Access is restricted; records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Hosting logs: the site runs on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages) to serve and secure the site.
• No analytics. This site runs no analytics and no third-party scripts.

We set no cookies. The Calendly frame may set cookies inside its own frame under Calendly's policy.

We don't sell or share your information for advertising. We don't run ad trackers. We don't collect payment details on this site. There are no accounts.

Data we access during a client engagement (code, systems, records) is governed by the engagement letter, not this policy. Repository access is scoped to the review and removed after delivery.

Email admin@hikmsystems.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and deletion requests are honored unless we're required to keep something (for example, an active engagement record).
