This site is operated by Hikm Systems LLC (“Hikm Systems,” “we”), 112 South Water Street, Suite 3A, Kent, OH 44240.

The site and its content are provided for information and for requesting our services. Don't misuse it: no attempts to disrupt the site, probe or scan it without written authorization, misrepresent who you are in a form submission, or use content to impersonate us.

Client engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter signed for that engagement. Where those documents conflict with this page, they win. Clients own the deliverables built for them.

Content on this site is provided as-is and may change. Nothing here is legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice. Our services are security reviews and assessments, not penetration tests, not certifications, and not attestations. A review or assessment reflects the state of what we examined at the time we examined it.

Submitting a form or booking a call requests a conversation; it doesn't create an engagement. Engagements begin only with a signed engagement letter.

The site, its copy, and its imagery belong to Hikm Systems LLC. The HikmShield engine and its reports are proprietary; sample reports are provided for evaluation only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hikm Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability arising from the site is limited to $100. (Engagement liability is governed by the engagement letter.)

Scheduling runs on Calendly; their terms and privacy policy govern what you enter there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue for any dispute arising from this site is the state or federal courts of Portage County, Ohio.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
